Coldstream
is a sixth class city in Metro Louisville, Kentucky. The city was established in 1983 and, at the present time, has over
430 homes and over 1000 residents.
As
a sixth class city, Coldstream is governed by a mayor and six council
members who enact all city ordinances, set the city tax rate,
negotiate the contracts for trash collection, city maintenance, snow
removal, street lights, etc.
