Hi Friends of Coldstream,

Many have asked what is the City of Coldstream doing for Halloween. While we have no event for Halloween we will be observing Halloween on its official day, Sunday October 31st!

Here are some tips from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) to keep children safe as they celebrate Halloween this year:

• Instead of indoor parties, celebrate outside where the virus has the lowest chance of spreading.
• Trick or treat in a small group.
• Help your children avoid large groups that gather at doorways as they go from house to house.
