Trash Cans: Notice: The city has interpreted the city trash ordinance to read as follows. No trash, garbage or other waste or sanitary containers shall be placed or stored in the front of the house/garage.   All trash cans or sanitary containers that are placed or stored on the side or the back of the house is Acceptable.  Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Halloween 2021 is happening…!!!

Hi Friends of Coldstream,

Many have asked what is the City of Coldstream doing for Halloween. While we have no event for Halloween we will be observing Halloween on its official day, Sunday October 31st!

Here are some tips from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) to keep children safe as they celebrate Halloween this year:

  • Instead of indoor parties, celebrate outside where the virus has the lowest chance of spreading.
  • Trick or treat in a small group.
  • Help your children avoid large groups that gather at doorways as they go from house to house.
